These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Meta Music at https://www.meta-music.app and related AI music tools, pages, generation workflows, downloads, accounts, credits, payments, and services.
By using Meta Music, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Meta Music provides AI music tools focused on AI music generation and model-oriented music tools for creators looking for fast, structured song production. Features may include prompt-based song generation, lyrics generation, music extension, model pages, uploads where supported, account history, credits, paid plans, and downloadable results.
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including models, features, pricing, credits, limits, and availability.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account is abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, risky, or in violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for your inputs and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions. Do not upload or submit material you are not allowed to use.
AI-generated music and lyrics can be unpredictable and may contain artifacts, errors, similarities to existing material, or content that is unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, monetizing, or using them commercially.
Meta Music does not provide legal clearance, copyright advice, publishing advice, or guarantees that outputs are unique, registrable, non-infringing, or accepted by third-party platforms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any plan-specific restrictions, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial creative projects. Some features, licenses, quality levels, or usage rights may depend on your plan, payment status, or product notices shown in the service.
Paid features may require credits, subscriptions, one-time purchases, or other payment arrangements. Prices, credit costs, quotas, renewal terms, and feature access may change over time.
Unless required by law or expressly stated in the product, purchases are non-refundable. Failed generations, abuse prevention, provider outages, or policy blocks may be handled according to product rules shown in the service.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges for selected purchases or plans.
Meta Music, including its software, interface, brand assets, documentation, workflows, site content, and service technology, is owned by Meta Music or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our technology, trademarks, branding, or service content.
Meta Music may rely on third-party infrastructure, payment providers, authentication providers, storage services, analytics tools, and AI model providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or policies.
Meta Music is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific generation quality, availability of any model, compatibility with third-party platforms, or that outputs will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meta Music and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, or content, arising from your use of the service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meta Music from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your inputs, generated outputs, use of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Meta Music if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the service, failed to pay amounts owed, or used the service unlawfully. After termination, access to your account, generation history, credits, and outputs may be limited or unavailable, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of Meta Music after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
